[Homesteadingfamily] Quilt Stain removal?

 

My Mom has 2 old quilts that her mother made; they're probably 80 some yrs old.
They have a white background and these areas have brown spots on them, about
as big around as an eraser on a pencil. She had put them in a plastic bag, and put them
in their camper, thinking they might use them some time. We'll several years passed,
and when she got them out; that's the way they where. Does anyone have suggestions
on how to remove the stains?
