Hi, I just went through this, The best solution is a netti pot. My doctor prescribed nasonex and to flush with salt solution, I only used the netti pot and was cured in about three days. I never used the prescription. I use 3 tablespoons of sea salt in about a quart of luke warm water. Not HOT. I usually keep a jar on the counter to reach room temp and use that first thing in the morning.
Hope this helps.
Jim

I have a friend who flushes his nasal cavity with distilled or boiled
saline. Huge globs came out at first, but after the first week, he could
sleep through the night!

Does anyone have a herbal remedy that works?
Thanks,
