Cool! I'm emailing from our 16 acres in KY right now. Nothing here but 1/2
flat & 1/2 woods.
Come spring have several apple & peach trees on orfer, plus working on
extension guy coming out to help w/pond placement!
May do septic, but no running water to it. Will use bucket to "flush."
One thing at a time. We put up "no trespassinf" signs as we surprised some
kids in a pick-up! ;)
Anyone know anything about coyotes?

additions, the well water needs to be tested and a water conditioner or
purifier added.

They are nice and seem like they will be somewhat helpful. We were offered
the use of of a tractor and bush hog. The other neighbors mother passed away
this past summer and she loved to can foods so there is alot of items he
wants to give/sell us when we get back.

We have a 36'Avion camper there we are using right now so we have SOMETHING
but not quite suitable for long term living for us and the kids.
