Thanks Don I appreciate it. Thanks everyone for the info and words of caution. I currently live in an old mh (1973) and it's not even tied down or on concrete but then we don't live where tornadoes occur very often. However it is nerveracking because I have a flat roof that is in bad shape and if you don't get that aluminum paint up every other year...oh boy! I don't mind moving into a mobile home although I would prefer a stick built house or even one of those earth covered homes. Take care.
