[Homesteadingfamily] a short list

 

i just bought 10 acres of raw land in eastern indiana.
can anyone give me a short list of priority improvements to do?
i know i have to restore the well. we have already cut trails to the several homesites,etc. the soil analysis has been done also and a survey came with it. we have also put an electric pole up.
