Hi Angelia,
I've got some vanilla beans I've had for a couple years. Don't even know if they are still good. Last year, hubby bought me Vodka. I had big plans to make vanilla extract, but with all my other projects, kept putting it off. I really had intended to make it this summer for a Christmas gift, but again my plans went by the wayside. Maybe next year, but I'll probably have to get more beans.
