That is what I was saying. For my county, we are not taxed for what is not considered permanent For this county, it is permanent if built directly on the ground and has hard electrical wiring. By placing our chicken condo on skids and using an extension cord, it meets the guidelines for not being permanent. But each person would have to figure this out for themselves, because not all counties are the same.
All I was doing was stating what we did as an idea for someone else. I wasn't telling anyone what would work for them.

This varies from county to county. Our county does tax our non-permanent
chicken huts. Check your laws first. It may be 6 of one, half dozen of
another to build a permanent structure.
