Darlin, that's why I had a list and made calls before we looked. Mum always
said women buy with their hearts not their head. That's why I made sure
property followed list AND tried to calculate how much it would cost to make
improvements. Like one OH property, the terrace farming would have been
horrendous. National debt high! J
Heck we looked at one property in may and was absolutely disgusted! There
was a huge coolie that split the land! It ended on neighboring property.
What did that mean? We'd have had to build a BRIDGE just to get to back ½
of property!! Plus it was red clay, blah.
Realtor saw how ticked off hubby was (plus I reinforced that several times,
with "oh, he looks pi**ed!). she took us to another piece. When we drove
up I saw his face, then I was able to see property WOW!

video, but don't know how to get video off digital! HAHA! Teenager
visiting family in New Orleans so she can't help!
