Another thing that I just thought of ... stock up on cleaners! I really like BioKleen All-purpose cleaner, but I know some folks use vinegar, washing soda, etc. Also, soaps!
And maybe a James Hand washer (available from Lehman's, I think). I'm really not looking forward to leaning over a wash board and a tub!
Just a thought...
