Before I forget... I had to pay off all our our heat bills in order to keep us on the budget plan. Unfortunately it falls on the two of us to pay it off (in a one-time payment). I had to make a $500 dollar payment (and I paid electricity last week which was low - 63.24). The painful total each is $282. I know money is hard to come by right now so if you want to give it to me in installments that's fine.
Once this is done we'll be back on normal payments, and it will be divided by 3 again. Hooray!
Oh, and the power is back on although it doesn't look like the telephone pole is fixed yet.
