[Homesteadingfamily] Re: Pretty good homemade pancake syrup

Hey Jeanne:Did you look at the ingredients on the McCormick's Maple
Flavoring? Is that what you are referring to, here?I have never read it,
but a good friend of ours uses it for this recipe and says it is delish!
If it is a good one, it is readily available at most grocery stores, so
all could be able to try this...it is a really good syrup after it
thickens int he fridge....after I came up with it, we have used it ever
since...but it did take many trials and error to get it just right...so,
I hope you all enjoy it or at least will try it sometime! The
ingredients will be in most food storage systems (or should be) so it is
not difficult to throw some flapjacks together and fry them up on an
inverted dutch oven lid over a campfire! We have done this and it works,
