I think you are wise and prudent, Rose. It is odd how some think that
everything is "gonna be ok"....it may at some point ease a little, but
for the long stretch, it is wise to get prepared now to beat the price
increases and availability. Even if one has money TO buy, the stuff may
not be there to get.
I was watching a short video about "Black Friday" and the absolute
craziness involved in that...the people were wild eyed and nuts! I'll
send the link if anyone has not seen it or wants to. People are so
concerned about having their big screen tv's to be worried about FOOD
and such! Unbelievable, to me.
I think I posted a pretty comprehensive list on the group to go by, to
make sure you will have most bases covered...if anyone needs a re-post,
I'll be glad to do that again. We began prepping about 17 years ago and
have maintained that state ever since then....always rotating and adding
to it...and home canning everything that I can get my hands on. Hope you
all are doing the same. Even a few cans of this and that per week, will
add up quickly.~deb
