Thanks for the input so far.
Just worked out importing the files to Biomapper, using the export, Raster to Float then importing to IDRISI. But first I resampled the data to a pixel size of 1 meter so the files could be overlayable. However, I am having trouble importing to Biomapper the species presence file. I have tried the same method as the other files (RASTER TO FLOAT) but I get the "Layers cannot be overlayable". I also tried the method of exporting the species presence files to a table (tab delimited), the table is simple X, Y and Presence columns with the information. I used the Convertor to convert the data to Biomapper, and selected the geographic extent to the bathymetry file already in Biomapper. The file was created, but there was something in the text that stated "the 3,785 point were out of range" and if I select the option to put the cell size to 1 meter, the program goes to Guru's meditation.
Let me know if there is any way a round this problem.
Thanks
William
