Russian FM Sergey Lavrov points out leaders of the Euro-Atlantic States have succeeded in improving considerably the atmosphere in pan-European affairs. The relations in the security area are undergoing radical transformation, showing less and less signs of confrontation and more and more elements of cooperation. The areas of common interests are expanding. Real progress begins to show towards a European common goal, which is to ensure stability and prosperity in Europe, where everyone will feel equally protected, where the security of all States will be guaranteed, irrespective of their membership in any military and political alliances.
Lavrov is satisfied with the fact that Dimitry Medvedev's invitation for an open dialogue has been accepted. In response, Russia's partners put forward a whole series of their own ideas concerning the future security in Europe, which are generally in harmony with the Russian initiative. In particular, Napoleon Sarko proposed a new format of interaction between Fourth Reich(EU)and its neighbours, including Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
Last June in Meseberg, Chancellor Merkel proposed and President Medvedev supported the establishment of a EU-Russia Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security that would bring the international cooperation between Moscow and Brussels to a new level - from just a discussion of issues to the elaboration of joint decisions, including those on crisis management.
Fourth Reich is still the most important economic relationship of Turkey. Turkish goods mostly go to Fourth Reich. NATO and Fourth Reich are two fundamental building blocks of the Turkish foreign policy. Without that, they would not have the clout that they have now. Turks see themselves as the new power in the Middle East, and they will design the new Middle East order. When you look at what Turks have been doing in the Middle East, it's very much influenced by their belief that they are the most important country in the region, the most powerful country in the region, the one country that has relationships with everybody, and the one country that now people listen to.
Diplomats use tact to gain strategic advantage or to find mutually acceptable solutions to a common challenge, one set of tools being the phrasing of statements in a non-confrontational or polite manner. But some Greek diplomats use freak, instead of tact! Not only Turkish diplomats far outsmart Greek diplomats on a consistent basis, but Greek Ministers of Foreign Affairs also do unbelievable masochistic stupid things. Accusing dissident bloggers of treason, Graecokleptocrats have manufactured a blood libel in cyberspace, which in turn may incite hatred and violence.
On October 18, 2010, a deranged Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs destroyed a distinguished professor and dissident blogger in order to appease Premier Erdogan of Turkey. Dissident head on plate is something Salome, femmes fatales, or sirens would definitely appreciate! Beware of Greeks bearing gifts, especially Trojan Horses and dissident heads!
Erdogan, a smart man, did not bite the Greek Minister's bait. Instead, he felt his intelligence was insulted. Moreover, the Minister's stupidity and inhumanity backfired worldwide. Now all diplomats talk behind the back of Greek Premier Papandreou wherever he shows up, and bond traders have penalized Greek debt with a stupidity markup on required return. This is a confirmation of the Butterfly Effect of Chaos Theory!
