Did you expect something different from Jay Rockefeller?!!!!
Way back when Pres. Bush sent out checks for a summer tax break (I dont' remember the details since I didn't get one <G>), Jay said that the people of WV don't want those checks back in their own pockets. The people of WV want the money to stay in Washington, for he & the other legislators know how to best use the money! And, he believes the words he speaks!!!!!! What I can't figure is why WV'ns keep re-electing him! ACK!
