I'm very familiar with trading. I've done it most of my kids young lives
when I lived in an RV in several states w/them. How I got work done on the
camper or whatever we needed.
Food is a powerful commodity. Would I trade it? Yes. I always can
something we don't like but in abundance for just such an instance. I've
traded it to the meat mgr at work for a better discount on meats.

Subject: [Homesteadingfamily] Trade goods
Jeanne,
Trading is like all things, never offer up something you need for your own
family. What you trade is surplus.
What you trade for is something you need or something you need done.
So, yes if there was enough extra soup in the pot they could work for their
supper.
What would you do?
