Okay, I've got my favorite.

Cantaloupe just at almost over ripe. Chill in bit size chunks. Drizzle
 w/Tawny Port. Amazing!

 Subject: [Homesteadingfamily] Recipe Request

I am a vegetarian, working on becoming a vegan and am looking for some good
"tried and true" dessert recipes that use only fruit, dates, maple syrup
 and/or honey for sweeteners.

I'm looking for recipes that use all-natural ingredients, not
frankenfood-like pre-made cake and brownie mixes, etc. but a
made-from-scratch type recipe; one of your family favorites handed down thru
 the years.

Do any of you have any that fit this description that come out well each
time you make them ? If so, I sure would like to try something different
from some of you more experienced cooks out there.

I realize honey isn't exactly vegan, but it sure is lots better than
processed white and brown sugar. I have not totally given up eating eggs, so
they would be ok, but if you have a substitute for them, that would be good,
 too.

Hope this isn't asking too much.

Thanks so much ! Paulina Louise
