[vernalpool] Wood Frogs in Westborough

 

I saw three wood frogs at a vernal pool at Wile Forest in Westborough,
MA at 3:00 this afternoon. No chorusing. Presumably they are males who
arrived early and are now wondering where the rest of the party is. I
also saw half-inch long fairy shrimp in this pool.
