Nothing more than anecdotal, but yeah, weird spring. I have heard wood
frogs at one pool, on one day, this spring, though I have seen some wf egg
masses. Salamanders obviously moved in the Fells (Stoneham MA) because I've
seen some egg masses, but relatively few, and at a number of pools I could
find nothing despite being obviously good pools. ??
