My numbers from a pool on the Cape are about half of what I would normally have at this time of year.  I think they are just about done for the year as well.  Raises interesting questions about what might happen next year....

Hi fellow amphibophiles!

This year at Wheaton College, we find that recruitment of salamanders to
the two pools that we monitor is considerably down from past years; it
has been a mighty odd spring (warm, then cold; wet, then dry). Just
wondering if others have found a similar lull this year compared to past
years.
