[vernalpool] Zooplankton activity in Milton

 

I was out last Wednesday afternoon (in the warm daylight, with no need for rain) and found abundant diversity of zooplankton in a vernal pool. Managed to collect Daphnia, cyclopoid copepods, ostracods and mosquito larvae. A wonderful time of the year!
