These were a californian New Zealand mix and they were about 10 weeks old when butchered. They weighed 4 pound live weight and came out to be about 2 pound dressed

What type of rabbits and how old were they at butchering? We have been
interested in getting into rabbits. We have layers, broilers, turkeys,
goats and bees at the moment. Just butchered this batch of broilers
saturday.
