I've been super sick, unable to do any canning or berries or ANYTHING~
Peaches are on here right now. I would like to make some Jam~
I dont want to use commercial pectin. I made raspberry Jam last year with
just berries and sugar and I think some water~ Its the BEST!
Is there a 'magic' ratio for fruit to sugar to make a good Jam?
