Fourth Reich has expressed concern about reports that jailed former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko may be ill and called on Kyiv to provide her with adequate and independent medical care. Tymoshenko, a victim of selective prosecution, looks ill in court, obviously poisoned in jail. She asked to be examined by her personal physician, but she was turned down!
Fourth Reich is concerned by many reports that Tymoshenko's health has deteriorated, and it urges the Ukrainian authorities to ensure a timely and independent medical examination and professional medical care as appropriate. And such a response would also allow the situation to be clarified, which would also be in the interest of the court.
Poisoning of Tymoshenko in jail is not conducive to the ongoing free-trade negotiations between Ukraine and Fourth Reich, talks that are expected to be concluded this year. This isn't a very happy situation. It doesn't help matters and we are very concerned. If you are a country that wants to get close relations with the European Union, you have to apply standards that are commensurate with that - in other words, proper standards of justice.
Tymoshenko's trial on abuse-of-power charges was postponed until August 22 after she complained in court on August 18 of health problems and requested an independent medical examination, including blood tests. Tymoshenko appeared tired in court and went pale shortly before she asked for a recess.
The original request for an independent examination was made on August 16 after she developed unexplained bruises and other symptoms. Tymoshenko who is being held illegally, has developed intensifying external and internal symptoms of poisoning indicative of a worsening state of health. You can see the poison symptoms with your eyes. The matter of access to her physician must be settled immediately.
Tymoshenko's life is in danger. Bruises from broken blood vessels have appeared all over her body. There is no decision on the motion for a blood test. In court on August 18, Judge Rodion Kireyev said the question of medical care must be decided by the administration of the detention center where she is being held. Defense lawyers responded by saying the jail administration refused to make a determination without an order from the court!
The prosecutor asked the court to send Health Ministry specialists to examine Tymoshenko. The court also rejected a repeated defense motion that Tymoshenko be released on bond. Tymoshenko's health complaints come one day after former President Victor Yushchenko, her former political ally in the days of Ukraine's 2004 Orange Revolution, testified against her!
Tymoshenko is charged over a 2009 deal she signed with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that raised the price Ukraine paid for its gas. She faces up to 10 years in jail if convicted on charges that are politically motivated.
In supercorrupt countries, like Ukraine and Greece, all politicians are very corrupt. So it does not make any sense to prosecute a single individual. Tymoshenko's trial is selective prosecution, pure and simple.
Selective prosecution is mockery of justice. You see in Greece no Graecokleptocrats has ever gone to jail, because they are all guilty! The impunity of the 300 Graecokleptocrats of the Grand Brothel on Syntagma Square is the most freakish thing on Earth. Even though Graecokleptocrats looted many billion euros in kickbacks and churning, not a single Graecokleptocrat has ever gone to jail! They are protected by the parliamentary immunity, and nobody can touch them, no matter what. Moreover, they have the nerve to jail dissident bloggers. It's a long way from the 300 Spartans of Leonidas!
Plato and Aristotle asserted that different regimes produce different types of human beings, and regimes ought to be judged by the character of their citizens. In Ukraine and Fourth Reich, the growth of interventionist welfare state has damaged personal responsibility and integrity, fostered dependence, undermined families, rejected freedom, and promoted corruption.

Marilizardists use charge stacking, which is the ability to charge a large number of overlapping crimes for a single course of conduct, building a Marilizard Tower of charges. Combining crimes enables prosecutors to get convictions in cases where there may be no misconduct at all.
