Hi Mohammed
I suggest you being by gathering whatever information you can on the plants ecology, where it comes from, the climate patterns there (esp limiting factors such as low temperatures, dry season length), its ecological role (i.e. is it inherently weedy?), what are the factors driving regeneration in its habitat. You should then be able to narrow this information down to those factors you can get suitable data for and model and enough insight to know whether or not the model is providing predictions that make ecological sense.
Enjoy the learning
David

Dear friends
I'm working on "distribution patterns of astragalus in old world". I'm using worldclim database for ecological nich modeling by Diva-Gis software. I will be appreciating if you answer my question:
How I can find most important and most effective bioclimatic factors on distribution of specie in my project?
Best regards,
