Hi Judi,
Sometimes I mix Octagon and Fels, so yes you can mix in the same batch. It does the job, clean clothes, clean smell, without the toxins that can be found in detergents. I've not done this, but I see no reason why you could not mix 1/3 Octagon, 1/3 Zote and 1/3 Fels or whatever measurement you want.
