Craftsman 13.2 V Drill Charging Stand

I am in need of the small charging stand for my Craftsman 13.2 V Rechargeable Drill. It is the kind where the battery packs come off the drill and sit in the stand and get recharged. This drill has been around since 2002. The batteries I have are good and the drill would work fine if I could recharge them. I can't replace the charging stand as Sears no longer makes it. The original part number on the bottom of the stand reads: 140287001

Is there any chance you have this item sitting around your home gathering dust? Perhaps your batteries have gone bad but your charging stand still works. I would love to have it and be able to use this drill.
