[BMp] score matrix, positive , negative values for the same EGV

 

Hi,

 

I am analyzing my score matrix after a doing the ENFA. The first factor is the marginality and the rst are speciality factors, is it right?

How can I explain having a positive value for the coeficient of a EGV in the marginality factor and  a negative value for the coeficient of the same EGV in the firstspeciality factor: To explain the positive value of the EGV for the marginality, I assume that the species prefer high values of this EGV. But inthe second factor, the species prefer low values of the EGV for its specialitation? It is a little bit tricky or I am a little bit lost?
