Looking for property for rent or sale that is in the country. We want unincorporated and no restrictions for the area. Seeking privacy & seclusion . When we are off work , we enjoy nature and wildlife. They make the perfect neighbors in our opinion. Plans are to live in our RV on the property and as we can afford it, build a small self sufficient cabin. If we locate rental property that would give us a chance to explore the area until we locate land to purchase. It is just hubby and I. No children, No pets. Non smokers. Non drinkers. No Drugs. Would like to locate and move before the end of Feb. if possible. Will depend on what we locate of course. We are flexible as to location. Looking for area that real estate taxes are low. A spring or water for drinking and washing would be nice.
Prefer dealing with owners and not agents.
Sure would be very appreciative for any suggestions and ideas on locations. We know our dream is somewhere out there. Just need guidance in locating it. Even if there is someone in the country that would like to do a simple rent for us to park rv would be appreciative. We would be paying in cash.
We run mobile rv on-site repairs. Will need to research what rv parks and campgrounds are within 100 miles or so for us to work. We don't mind driving for work as long as our home or property is secluded and peaceful. We prefer not to live in a park or campground as we enjoy our privacy.
