I've been looking into Paleo and Primal cooking and eating lately~ I've
cut most of the grain out of my diet and am fairly reduced carb. 99% of
carbs that I eat are from veggies, nuts and seeds. I still use honey, eat
potatoes (sweet potatoes are so good) eat squash and things of that sort.
All things that I can share with my family, and still cook them stuff that
they enjoy~ Pasta, rice, and things like that.
I've been doing ALLOT of research, and I'm following a blend of both of
these plans~ but not depriving myself of foods that so many refuse to eat.
(I had thin crust pizza on friday)
Making baked salt and vinegar Kale chips today. I've been craving the
potato chips, but would rather have the dense nutrients from the kale!
Any ideas from other people? There are some amazing blogs out there with
tons of recipes and such. LOVING IT!
