[vernalpool] Permitting for capture and release

 

Hi all,

Our IACUC was just asking if we need both a state AND federal license to
do capture and release as part of a longterm monitoring study of
/Ambystoma/ at our vernal pool. Does anyone on the list know the answer
to this question? And if so, to whom/what do we need to apply?
