Despite a very optimistic weather forecast, things did not fall into place here in southeastern MA last night...roads were dry...no movement...(no bodies this morning which is great!)...wood frogs not chorusing...Eddie Giles suggested that maybe they have bred already...I will try to get in to the site over next couple of nights to look for egg masses, spermatophores, wood frogs and spotted salamanders...still holding out hope for a good night.
