[kitchencabinetforum] FREAKS OF MEXICO AND GREECE

Not a day goes by without some new horror in Mexico and Greece. Freak! Freak! Freak! The freakish government of Greece, the most corrupt country in Occident, steals computers! Robbing dissident bloggers and locking them in jail is a freakish behavior that does not belong to the European Union, not even to this galaxy! No wonder some vain Greeks boast they come from Andromeda galaxy!

CISPA and ACTA encourage freakish governments, such as the brutal governments of Mexico and Greece. On October 18, 2010, the Greek government stole my computer and my life at gunpoint. Mr. Papademos, bring my computer back! Enough is enough! Needless to say, I also demand my life back. Greece, the bully of blogosphere, has crossed the Rubicon against civility, terrorizing and robbing dissident bloggers. http://venitism.blogspot.com

The Greek government is so stupid that it hoodwinked all media that I was conspiring to trigger a war between Greece and Turkey and blame Mariliza Xenogiannakopoulou, Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, for it! Accusing dissident bloggers of treason, Graecokleptocrats have manufactured a blood libel in cyberspace, which in turn incites hatred and violence. http://venitism.blogspot.com

Hey! I wish to deliver the keynote speech at your conference. My speeches leave the audience thinking something new or resolved to act, stir the emotions as well as appealing to reason, and show a sense of occasion. I get away with elevated language because my liberty cause is a noble one. I practice a colorful rhetoric enriched with alliterations, metaphors, heightened imagery, emotional effect, and sound bites. Basil Venitis, venitis@gmail.com

The media have again been targeted in with armed attacks on two Mexican newspapers in the past four days and, a week ago, the murder of a former reporter who was supporting a presidential candidate's campaign. Will it be possible to hold normal elections on 1 July amid such violence?

"With just a month and a half to go to federal elections to choose a president and fill other important posts, we call for an immediate end to the federal offensive against drug trafficking, in which the toll currently stands at more than 50,000 dead," Reporters Without Borders said.

"The only thing that this undeclared war has achieved is to increase the endemic violence. To continue the offensive will just jeopardize the electoral process and the necessary public debate that depends on the participation of journalists and civil society actors."

Self-censorship seems to have become the only defence for news media that are more exposed than ever to bombings and armed attacks. The latest target was El Manana, a newspaper based in Nuevo Laredo (in the northeastern state of Tamaulipas), which was attacked on the night of 11 May. Shots were fired at the building's facade and car park, and a small explosive device was thrown at the building, the paper reported.

A member of El Manana's staff confirmed to Reporters Without Borders that at least six vehicles in the car park received bullet impacts. The interior ministry announced the next day that the newspaper would get federal protection. The newspaper and its staff have been the target of armed attacks in the past and the 2004 murder of its editor, Roberto Mora, is still unpunished.

Hail! A sensitive issue cannot be fully explained in a post, but only in a speech, in that magic eyeball to eyeball contact, baring my soul, and declaring truths that cause shock and awe. That's why I look forward to the invitation of your organization to speak at your conference. Basil Venitis, venitis@gmail.com

Civil society condemns a new wave of deliberate bloody attacks on reporters, bloggers, and photographers in Athens. The brutal Greek policechimps, who are always criticized for their abuses, are proud of their bloody instincts! The deliberate nature of the latest attacks leaves no doubt about this.

Photojournalist Marios Lolos was clearly targeted during a peaceful demonstration while in a group of clearly identified journalists. Graecokleptocrats wanted to punish him for his union activities. Graecokleptocrats are trying to intimidate all the media as Greece's social revolt continues to grow. Lolos, who works as a photographer for the New China news agency and heads the Union of Greek Photojournalists, was hospitalized as a result of being beaten over the head by a brutal policechimp outside the Grand Brothel on Syntagma Square. He was in a serious condition and has undergone surgery to the skull.

The situation was calm when Lolos was attacked and the photojournalists were not wearing helmets or gas-masks. Makis Synodinos of Naftemporiki newspaper and reporter Panagiotis Bousios of Star TV were also among those injured during the deliberate charge by the brutal policechimps. Rena Maniou of Antenna TV had to be rushed to hospital in an ambulance after receiving a baton blow to the back of her neck. Dionysis Vythoulkas of Vima newspaper and Giorgos Gerafentis of NET TV were among the other journalists who were roughed up by the brutal policechimps.

Anthee Carassava of Los Angeles Times was heavily attacked by the brutal policechimps. Although she had all the required accreditation and was moving away when told by the policechimps, a brutal policechimp threatened to remove her by force and tried to grab the phone with which she had recorded his voice. He was joined by three other brutal policechimps, who manhandled Carassava and dragged her like a dog into the courtyard of the Grand Brothel of Democracy on Syntagma Square.

The attack stopped only when a policewoman intervened. As Carassava left, she tried to identify her assailants. They reacted by taking her to a police station and threatening her. As she tried to establish the grounds on which they were holding her in a room in the police station, policechimps tried to intimidate her by threatening to arrest her and do what they want with her!

Tatiana Bolari, a photojournalist working for Agence France-Presse, was beaten repeatedly by brutal policechimps, with images of the bloody freakish attack making their way around the globe. Journalist Manolis Kypraios permanently lost his hearing when a brutal policechimp threw a stun grenade at him, prompting reactions from many human rights groups.

Wow! Smart words are more effective than smart bombs! Mighty words of a charismatic keynote speaker can transform your people to a new dimension of organizational climate, efficiency, self-actualization, enthusiasm, belonging, and motivation. I would like very much to speak at your conference in order to explain critical points much further. Basil Venitis, venitis@gmail.com
