This is not my video but I have a set up similar to this. Right now I have
mine in the kids bathtub. I buy the seed at Peaceful Valley Farm supply.
They are local/internet. Cheaper seed can be obtained at Azure Standard.
I use this for my rabbits, chickens and ducks. Hopefully next year dairy
goats.
I keep commercial feed available to them but they LOVE the fodder.

Subject: [Homesteadingfamily] Supplementing Animal Feed
Does anyone have any tips on supplementing animal feed to save some money
but still give the animals what they need? I have rabbits, goats, ducks,
chickens and soon we will be getting pigs. The pigs we just feed vegetable
and dairy scraps and the chickens free range but have access to layer feed
so I mostly just need tips on the ducks, rabbits and goats. Also what are
some good crops to grow in limited space for your animals? Thanks so much!
