[Homesteadingfamily] Ducks not laying?

 

I have three ducks, one male and two females. They are a hybrid that was "engineered" for egg production. Last fall and this spring they layed very well, 1-2 eggs every day between the two of them. They were a year old about the first of April this year. They haven't been laying for the last several weeks, other than one here and there. Any idea why? I haven't changed anything in their feed, and their other conditions are status quo as well. Could it be the heat? We've had a hot summer.
