Hi Rick:Depending on how thick it is sliced, I usually get about 2#+ to
a wide mouth quart jar. If I pre-cook it, I shingle it on the parchment
paper really close, like barely overlapping each other..and roll it up,
jellyroll style tightly, but tightly enough to break the bacon. Raw, you
may get a bit less in each jar and have less when pressured. Always save
the bacon grease that accumulates! It is great for all kind of
seasoning!~deb
