I use my essential oils now and am building my knowledge of them for the
future. I found a book called The Essential Oils Handbook (bible) or
something like that, which tells how each one is used and for what, how
much, in a tincture or rub, whatever. I am building a medicine box of
just essential oils, with the most widely used, like tea tree oil, in
larger bottles as we can afford them. Using them can be a trick, so I
posted a note of caution today to help understand when NOT to use
them...Stock up now...they have a very long shelf life if kept in the
original bottles and sealed up tight.~deb
