I recently purchased some pots/pans that I'm extremely happy with. They're
made in Spokane, WA, all in one location, and they use earth friendly
procedures, which I really like. They use hard anodized aluminum, and they
also have woks/stir-fry pans available. They're not cheap, but well worth
their price, IMO. They are extremely light and therefore easy to handle for
people with arthritis. They are called ManPans, just google and you'll find
them. Like I said, I'm extremely happy with the pans, I was very surprised
at how well they work, not having a non-stick coating and all...
