Understood. I didn't keep any of the links, but if you punch "safest
cookware" into google, you will find tons of info...:-)

I use all kinds of cookware as well. My favorite ones used to be my cast
iron enamel coated LeCreuset dutch oven and frying pan, which I still like a
lot. My stainless steel frying pan I don't care too much for, things stick
way too much in it.
My hard anodized aluminum Man Pans I LOVE, and supposedly they're safe.

I know what you mean, and I'm very careful about which sites I trust.
Frequent spelling errors is one thing that will make me not walk, but
run....;-)
Anyway, you will find tons of info if you google the subject, and I trust
that you can weed out the reputable sites from the bad ones.
