I used to make dough for pizzas, cook the dough/pizza crusts, then freeze in
cling film. THEN teenagers could make as many and what they wanted.
Cheaper than ordering.
Breakie, I did the for an SCA event. EVERYTHING left over from the feast
the night before was sautéed then scrambled eggs (with a healthy dollop of
milk) was added and it cooked until set. Fed over 120 people!

Subject: [Homesteadingfamily] bulk recipes?
Good Morning!
I am looking for some dinner and breakfast roll recipes that are easy
enough to do multi batches of and freeze some for use through the
holiday week. I will have tons of teenagers here and will need a
constant supply of baked goods so any suggestions? I have tons of raw
material to work with! Also a good multi grain bread using regular
flour and millet? I am trying to use more millet in our diet and have
five pounds. Thanks for any suggestions, Happy Holidays! Kim Roos
