The impunity of the 300 Graecokleptocrats of the Grand Brothel on Syntagma Square is the most freakish thing on Earth. Papandreou behaved like a crybaby when he called the managing director of the International Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, to convey Graecokleptocrats' dissatisfaction with comments made by officials from the IMF, European Commission and European Central Bank, collectively known as the troika, on Friday. In approving the fourth tranche of Greece's emergency loan package, worth fifteen billion euros, the troika warned that Greece would have to speed up its reforms and to sell fifty billion euros worth of state assets, including public property.
Tunisians and Egyptians got rid of their kleptocrats. Now it's high time for Greeks to get rid of Graecokleptocrats. A military exercise of the Greek Army, code-named Kallimachos, meaning good warrior, are taking place at the Koromila base in the township of Argyroupolis, in northern Kilkis prefecture. The exercise focuses on controlling the expected revolt of the Greek people against Graecokleptocrats and brutal cybercops. The exercise is held within the framework of training by the army's 71st airborne brigade, which forms the basis of HELBROC 4, an EU battlegroup to control espected revolts in the Balkans.
Two roommates of Amherst College of Massachusetts, Anthony Samaras and George Papandreou, lead the two most corrupt political parties of Fourth Reich(EU), Nea Democratia and Pasok. Papandreou is the premier of Graecokleptocracy, and Samaras is the leader of opposition. Papandreou participated in the kleptocratic government of Costas Simitis, and Samaras participated in the kleptocratic government of Costas Caramanlis. Tax evaders and law breakers receive visits from officials eager to collect kickbacks. In return for leaving the guilty untouched, officials receive fakelaki, envelope containing bribe in cash. Gregory means fast in Greek. Gregory's tax is fakelaki for fast service. Without it, you will wait forever! All Athenians know very well that without Gregory they will have to wait many months before a state IKA physician could see them. If you want a surgery, you might have to give the IKA surgeon a 5,000 euros kickback, that beloved Gregory! The surgeon would ask you how is Gregory. If you do not present Gregory, you will have to come back to IKA months later to answer the same question. If Gregory is not fat enough, the IKA surgeon might pseudoforget his scissors inside you! Graecokleptocracy has to deal with its debt in a timely manner. Graecokleptocracy faces the typical debt trap, a situation where the existing debt is so large that new investors are discouraged from coming with new funds. The debt to GDP ratio would go up from 115 percent of GDP to almost 150 percent. This is what a debt trap looks like. At 150 percent, the debt chokes growth and employment. And if you don't have growth and employment, Graecokleptocracy will not be able to sustain this.
Graecokleptocracy has not in place a policy approach that allows it to deliver high growth and overcome its debt overhang. Graecokleptocracy needs a stronger response that goes from liquidity support to both liquidity and solvency support. One possibility is that Fourth Reich helps with the debt overhang by refinancing existing debt with grants. Another possibility is to impose a haircut on creditors. There is also the approach whereby Fourth Reich helps Graecokleptocracy buy back its debt at a discount.
Graecokleptocracy needs to have an economy that is more competitive so that it can grow at a high and sustainable rate. So it has to decide if it can it do this through either an internal devaluation or an external devaluation. An internal devaluation means cutting wages and salaries, increasing the retirement age, etc. An external devaluation means delinking for a while from the euro and then coming back at a sustainable level.
