[vernalpool] Concord

 

Hi there,

I popped down to Concord tonight and went to the CCC parking lot for the first time. I also roamed down a few side roads. There were many spotted salamanderes (I stopped counting at a dozen), all males, as well as a wood frog who was very fat with eggs, and two leopard frogs. There was a huge variation in maculatum spottiness that was really neat to see :)
