To make your grains last a long time, Daryl is right. You also need to know
that the more oil in the grain, the less time it will remain good. Also,
another important fact that impacts the life of grain is the temperature, if
you can keep whole wheat ( not ground) below 70 degrees and with no air it
will keep for about 20 years. Most all grains will last at least 6 months.
