Some suggestions,
1. presoak in detergent and/or borax
2. use vinegar in the rinse water
3. cut down on the amount of olive oil
4. increase the amount of detergent in the wash water
5. try another carrier oil

Those that know me, know we use butt wipes exclusively. I've discovered an
issue, that others will find out WTSHTF..the oil builds up and it feels
funky. I've soaked in vinegar. I've used Dawn straight (the places where
dawn hit is clean - like the old Era commercials), but I need to find/use
something that will remove oil residue.
I've washed w/other whites (hot water w/bleach) and they've developed the
sheen. What I mean is oil beads off them too.
So, my dilemma how do you clean butt wipes to remove oil build up?
PS: For those who don't know butt wipes are homemade baby wipes which uses 2
c H2O; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp rosemary/tea tree oil and 1 tsp lavender (or
other scent) oil. These are also easier to keep and don't take up as much
space as say 15 packages of TP!
