Hello..I am in the Shenandoah Valley....

Hubby & I have been here since Oct. 2010.
Hoping to be gone come winter...Last winter was crazy. Might as well be in
the northern state where taxes and the cost of living is much cheaper. We
are amazed at the taxes and property values here.
