Reporters Without Borders is shocked to learn that the supreme court has confirmed blogger Saeed Malekpour's death sentence. His family said the court took the decision under pressure from the Revolutionary Guards. A Canadian resident who was arrested on 4 October 2008 while visiting his family, Malekpour, 35, was sentenced to death in January 2011 on charges of anti-government agitation and insulting Islam.
Karl-Theodor Guttenberg, Internet Czar of Fourth Reich, must persuade the freakish kleptocrats of the enemies of internet to stop persecuting and robbing dissident bloggers. The enemies of internet are Belarus, Burma, China, Cuba, Egypt, Greece, Iran, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vardaska, and Vietnam. Instead, Guttenberg is pushed by Neelie Kroes to cooperate with Hillary Clinton to use the social media of internet for Occidental propaganda to incite people to overthrow their antioccidental governments, mission impossible.
Arrests of netizens are meanwhile continuing. Simien Nematollahi, a contributer to the Majzooban blog, was arrested at her Tehran home by intelligence ministry officials on 11 January on a charge of anti-government propaganda. Several members of the blog's staff were arrested on 7 and 8 September and were freed on bail on 4 October pending trial.
The Theory of Critical Mass proves that you only need a few fireflies, influential people, to reach a critical mass, tipping point, for a chain reaction of people. It might take a long time to reach the tipping point, but after that point things happen in a very short time, like an atomic bomb. Therefore Guttenberg's mission is to find fireflies of propaganda for a critical mass of people to propagate Western ideas to the rest of the world. Using internet as a propaganda tool turns global politics upside down, but it saves trillions of dollars in unnecessary wars.
This mindless promotion of Western culture and Western kleptocracy alienates the governments targeted and will motivate them to harm the West in some manner. Thousands of young and naive people will die at the hands of the regimes they are instigated to overthrow by the democracy-pushing kleptocrats, all of whom are safe and secure in Washington and Brussels. A libertarian non-interventionist policy will allow foreigners to work out their political destiny in their own way and at their own pace, prevent unnecessary additions to West's growing list of enemies, prevent the clash of cultures, and save countless young lives.
Mohammad Solimaninya, the head of u24, a social networking website for Iranian professionals, was arrested on 20 January after being summoned before a revolutionary tribunal in Karaj, a town 20 km north of Tehran, on 10 January. Plainclothes intelligence ministry officials searched his home the same day, confiscating his computer, hard disks and CDs.
His family still does not know why he was arrested or where he is being held. As well as running u24, Solimaninya has created and hosts the websites of many civil society organizations, NGOs and Iranian intellectuals.

Reporters Without Borders is also concerned about Mohammad Reza Pourshajari, a blogger who has been held since 12 September 2010. He was tried by a revolutionary court in Karaj on 21 December 2011 on a charge of insulting the Prophet in articles posted on his blog and in letters sent to government officials while he was in prison.
His daughter said the trial lasted a quarter of an hour and took place without his lawyer being present. The charge of insulting the Prophet is very vaguely defined but it carries a possible death sentence and is often used by the authorities to silence critics who try to defy the government.
Greece, the most corrupt country in Occident, has become a kangaroo valley, violating basic human rights and Article 2 of the Lisbon Treaty, but nobody gives a damn. We cannot understand why the European Commission tolerates political persecution and freakish Kangaroo Justice within the borders of the European Union and cannot refer the Greek government to the Court of Justice of the European Union. In October of 2010, an unknown American, member of the American Yahoo Group Crystal Clear Forum, used as pseudonym the name of Mariliza Xenogiannakopoulou, Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, to post a single message about Turkey. The unknown American did not violate any law because, according to the Supreme Court of USA, anybody can use any pseudonym or pen name. For example, thousands of people use Obama's name as a pseudonym. It's considered an honor, not a forgery.
Only spoofing is forgery. The unknown American would have used spoofing if she used Xenogiannakopoulou's email which is marilxen@gmail.com. Instead she used mariliza.xenogiannakopoulou@yahoo.com which is not Xenogiannakopoulou's email. The unknown American posted on an American Yahoo Group with her pseudonym using a kind of literature called Lyric Essay, which uses emotion and color to enlighten a message.
Some malevolent characters misinformed Xenogiannakopoulou that the culprit was Basil Venitis, just because his name was mentioned in the post! As a result of this misinformation, on October 18, 2010, a gang of brutal cybercops of the violent Greek Cyber Crime Unit (CCU) broke into Venitis's home in Athens and into his college office, and stole his computers, software, files, documents, and personal data.
The cybercops locked Venitis in jail for a night, they humiliated him with handcuffs, fingerprints, mug shots, and lies, leaked false information to the media parrots, and the Greek government initiated sham court proceedings for a stack of charges, including forgery and treason! There was neither pillow nor toilet facility in his jail cell. Venitis, a distinguished professor had to urinate in a bottle! Venitis, a 65 year old with heart problems, was not allowed to keep his hypertension pills with him. There was neither toilet paper nor soap in the whole CCU jail facility.
But that's not the end of the story. Venitis's nerves are broken by no accuser showing up during his court trial! The judge always has to postpone the trial for another day and so it goes ad infinitum. Meanwhile, Venitis always has to show up and waste the whole day waiting as there is no definite timing for the hearing, but only a day. Venitis and his lawyer have to be in the courtroom the whole day until the judge calls his name. Then the judge calls the name of the accuser, nobody replies, and the judge postpones the trial for another day. This has happened five times so far! This is a real Greek tragedy! Justice delayed is no justice, justice perpetuated is hell.
The Greek government uses charge stacking to persecute dissident bloggers. Charge stacking is the ability to charge a large number of overlapping crimes for a single course of conduct. Combining crimes enables prosecutors to get convictions in cases where there is no misconduct at all. By stacking enough charges, including treason, Greek prosecutors jack up the threat value of a trial against a dissident blogger, even if the government's case is very weak. Persecuting dissident bloggers, the Greek government violates Article 2 of the Lisbon Treaty, which states the European Union is founded on the values of respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law, and respect for human rights. These values are common to the Member States in a society in which pluralism, nondiscrimination, tolerance, and justice prevail.
