I'll second that about the quality fabrics. I'm finding it difficult to find fabrics appropriate for making clothing. Seems like the fabric stores have all switched over with a major emphasis on crafting and quilting and "stuff." I went to Joanne's and could hardly find the clothing-type fabrics. And the prices! Whew! I went to a different chain store and could at least find the garment-type fabrics though they had a lot of emphasis on quilting and crafting, too, not quite as bad though. I've been wanting to get back into sewing more for quite a while, but I'm concerned that I won't be able to price so that people can afford the finished garment and I can afford to make the garment. Any thoughts?
