[vernalpool] Congress in Tully, NY

 

We had a few thunder storms roll through southern Onondaga county & northern
Cortland county

Certainly brought out the Yellow Spots!

Counted 150 Yellow spotted before giving up, too many to count, majority
were in two vernal ponds around Labrador Pond, many were still coming down
from the hills & crossing the roads

Also seen were two blue spotted and three Jefferson's

And last but not least Spring peepers, wood frogs and a fair amount of toads
in the road [road kill was light this year]
