Hi David,
Did you look the Hirzel's paper about ENM's? It is based mainly on the use of Biomapper to modell ecological niches (and he gives an example using a goat species). One of the properities of Biomapper is that it uses presence-only data to work with. Within the programm you can read about the theoretical things to take into account and there is also a step by step tutorial to carry out a run.
Attached to this message is the Hirzel's paper. I hope this helps.
Best regards.
Julio

Hi,
I'm pretending to learn how to work with biomapper, to use it in my academic work.
But I don't know anything about this program and about the modelling.
I hope some of you could say where to start!
The specie that I'm studying is a wild goat, and I have to work with presence-only data.
I'm waiting for suggestions,
David
